Animation Videos for Kids Program-1

i have some general articles on religious education that i need to convert into storyboards and then into a video animation for at least 3 minutes. the videos are for grades 1-4 kids. they must be fun, cartoony and bubbly. it may happen that i will provide a few of the mainstay characters in the video. i want an 'attractive offer or quote' because there will be multiple videos involved in this project. The first video will be a test of the freelancer's talent and turnaround (or timely delivery). If satisfied, we will re-hire him/her for other future works for reason of consistency and coherence. another basis for re-hire is willingness to scale down the price tag for the bulk videos.
