Cloth Sketcher needed

I need a sketcher who would be easily accessible by phone email or skype (if needed) anytime and I'll be expecting a response as soon as possible. This is because you have to be able to bring my clients ideas to virtual reality such that once the sketches are sent to the cloth designer. The plan is to design children's clothing, which includes tops, skirts, shorts, dresses, pyjamas and so on. I'm wondering now how I can communicate my ideas to you such that you can sketch them out accurately. Please send me your quotation with the following details Send me sample of your works "cloth sketches" and the final product (if possible) How do you plan on charging me? Do you want to charge me in batches- we can decide what a batch will consist of: is it the amount of sketches you do at a go or u want to charge per unit? Or Do I pay you every 3 months, 6 months or 1 year? Please "DON'T" put your price in the bidding amount provide your price within the message you would be sending to me. When bidding you can put $1 in the bidding/price section. When I select the designer we can exchange email addresses. My client is in Africa, so your payments would come from me (I am based in the U.K).
