JQuery Mobile/C# - Customer Page.aspx using Zoho Services‏

Create a JQuery Mobile form with C# code behind to perform the following actions. We don't need it to look pretty, just to work for now. Dropdown options can be hard coded, but we need the forms working (i.e.) creating customer records, modify plans, etc in a free trial organization in Zoho. 1. Subscribe and unsubscribe to one or more plans. (create customer record, plan(s) are already in Zoho) 2. Add/Remove/Change CC on file. 3. Buy a one-time Item 4. See bills and payments made 5. Give customer option to pay "offline" with a check when they sign up. i.e. bill me later All the action should be performed using REST to Zoho Services. All the Zoho services are integrated, so if you create a customer in Zoho subscriptions it is available in Zoho Books as well. You can use either of the following services to perform action.
