I have a current double sided letter head that are American letterhead size 8.5”x11” (Inbody Templar’s attached) which I need replicated to an A4 size plus with a header and footer block creative added (Similar to sample with gray header & footer). This letter head will be be printed and uploaded into a body scan machine/printer where clients results will be printed within this letterhead so dimensions will need to fit exactly based on sample provided (sample with juts figures, no table present). Final file will need to be high res pdf ready for print. Quotes to be inclusive of edits/changes that are required after first draft is provided (or you can advise the cost of additional changes after drafts or final copy provided). As you can see documents side by side, the Inbody Template documents on the right are slightly smaller to the A4 docs on the left of the picture.

Hi, my name is Fernando. Even not being able to open the pdfs that you have attached, I understand what the task is and I think I could do it satisfactorily. I can't specify exactly how long, since, as I said, I can't open the Pdfs, but I guess it wouldn't take long. Regards.
