i 've several projects using python do auto data-collection from internet-website, the architecture for the spider system could be distributed( for complex and high concurrent cases), and also could be single server case.

Python has good libs for work with csv files, json and requests. I intend to use those libs if you accept me to develop this software. I'm a intern in a company from my city for a year and python is the main languange there. I made scripts to deal with machine learning, access to database, to servers and also websites with Django framework. I think a console application should fit your needs.
