Project Application Website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. It should be a membership website certainly for a project Olympiad like GENIUS Olympiad, INESPO, ISWEEEP, etc. We are a new Olympiad called GUFTC Olympiad, and we want a project application system. The site should consist of registration for new users, login form. When a member logs in he/she should enter details about the school, they are applying from. Then after updating the info about the school, there should be a tab for project applications, and when a project is uploaded there should be a list of all projects uploaded on that account. Next, to every project's name, there should be a box called PAY for the application fee, a PayPal / Stripe account needs to be also linked. There should be like a table with all the projects applied for that account with the PAY which will be next to every project and also a STATUS tab where we should decide if that project is qualified. There should be also another LogIn for for the Judge Members, when they log in they need to have the list of all applied projects. The projects should be arranged like this. PAYMENT STATUS | PROJECT'S NAME | COUNTRY | STATUS Paid / Unpaid Under Review / Accepted / Denied When a judge clicks on a project, a new page should open where the judge can give points to that project. When the judge submits the Grading Form, the project's status should automatically update on the judge's account and also on the student's account. The status will be determined by points scale. There should be 2 Types of accounts: Mentor's and Judge's. And normally an Admin account.
