I need an architecture

Hallo, for an upcoming project I am looking for someone who can design a floating fish farm. The floating structure that I am looking forward to construct is typically known as an open net cage farm. It comes in many different shapes but the common shapes are cycle and square. Open net cage farms are widely used in countries search as Norway and Chile. This method of breading fish started over 50 years ago. A typical open net cage farm is made up of one big square platform. The center of the platform is usually divided in rectangles. Square nets are placed in the middle of each rectangle to keep the fish. Anchors are used to prevent the whole structure from drifting away. Usually they are placed about 200meters from shore but you could at times find them many mails from shore depending on their form. Cycle cage farms are more common in the open sea because they can handle strong wind. For my project I want a square platform that will be located 200 meters from shore. I want a detailed plan. The structure must be design in search away so that it is easy to load it on a truck. The attached picture shows how an open net cage fish farm looks like.
