Modern Professional T-Shirt Design

I'm in need of a talented designer for a t-shirt project. The theme of the design is tailored around a professional organization. I'm looking towards a modern aesthetic, nothing too complex or intricate, just a clear, clean and professional representation. The target audience is adults, so it's essential that the design appeals to this demographic. The shirts are for law enforcement officers and mental health professionals who attend a weeklong Burlington County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) class. Here is a description of what the program is to give you a better understanding: The Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) program is a community partnership of law enforcement, mental health and addiction professionals, individuals who live with mental illness and/or addiction disorders, their families, and other partners to improve community responses to mental health crises. While CIT programs are known for CIT-trained officers, successful programs also focus on improving the crisis response system, advocating for needed services, and strengthening partnerships across the community. Reducing stigma is a huge intent of CIT. I'd like the attached logo on the left chest. The design for the back should be eye-catching, relevant, and impactful. The logo is used throughout the state, however, I want the back of the t-shirt to be specific to Burlington County CIT. Ideal skills for this task would include: - Excellent design skills with a modern touch - Understanding of designing for adult demographic - Experience in t-shirt design Your portfolio showcasing similar designs is preferred, as it helps me gauge if your style matches the project's requirement.
