Marketing firm needs web designer

We sell websites as one of many products that we offer as a full service digital marketing firm. We need a competent designer that can build custom sites start to finish. Designer must be able to also work with wordpress templates when necessary. We know how long it takes to build sites and are willing to pay $20/hour for good, fast and quality work. We need a designer that understands SEO, back-end optimization as well as graphic creativity on the front end for wire frames and overall aesthetics. We will review sites and verify that they were built by you from scratch and then look at references. We are looking to build a long term relationship with a quality designer. We have 4 projects in need of fulfillment now. Proficiency in English and being in a time zone close to EST is also important. Thanks!
