Design & Development Project-- Jigsaw Puzzle

Hello there, We need help with an ongoing project. This project is jigsaw puzzle game contest. The winner of the contest will win Iphone 6S, Ipad mini and xbox one (All information is provided in the attached file). Go through it and include how would you complete this project. We'll also have conversation daily, so you'll have to be active to complete it as soon as possible. We only need freelancing companies, so please don't bid if you work individually. Your task is to change the existing design completely to make it more attractive and user friendly. You'll also write a pretty much decent content for every page you design.
