Create video graphics for a hockey video board + - 15 seconds

I need a video graphic made to advertise my dj services at hockey games I run sound and music for. I am not being paid much so part of my compensation is this video to advertise my services and present a hashtag for people to tweet song requests during the game. The announcer will be reading the script as the video comes up so no audio will be needed unless something to accentuate the opening of the video is appropriate. It should be around 15 seconds, open with something related to hockey to catch some attention followed with my logo, a list of my services and a hashtag to tweet the DJ. I want something to Catch everyones eye. I need this completed by thursday or final revisions by Friday at noon at the latest (Toronto Time). I have attatched the various logos I need featured. An additional milestone may be created for anyone interested in cleaning up my logo a bit to stand out better. Unreasonable prices will be ignored. It is a short video with an eye catching opening and smooth appearing text that i will provide, the rest is up to your artistic ability to make it work nice. Look forward to working with you.
