I have a single vector graphic of a club logo that includes a tiger - I would like to animate the tiger (make it "roar"). The result should be an animated GIF as well as an MP4 video. I have attached a thumbnail of the logo - for the actual animation work I can provide an AI file.

Also I have just finished working on the animation project (game development) and I specialize in svg animation, That is vector animation. Exporting to gif and mp4 will pose no problem.
