Cover for cook book (Ebook) needed.

I need a professional, attractive cover for my cookbook ebook. It's an ebook full of delicious diet recipes. I've added files that you can use. Please decide for yourself which pictures are most suitable to use for your design (read important things below). I've also added some examples from covers I like, that you can use for inspiration. Important things: - My portrait picture has to be on the cover. - The logo from ' Team Droog' has to be on it (can be small in a corner somewhere if needed) - It has to look professional! - Title (Dutch): Goed gevuld! - Subtitle (Dutch): 25 heerlijke recepten die ervoor zorgen dat je makkelijk afvalt zonder honger te lijden - My name: Sanne Leenman, Bsc. - My title that says that I'm a personal trainer: Gecertificeerd NASM personal trainer en voedingscoach bij team Droog. - I like the Baskerville font, but this is not necessary. -IMPORTANT: it needs to be suitable to paste in front of a PDF file. So I need to be able to open it and copy paste it.
