clickable pixelart map of a town

We run an mainly forum-based community site dealing with radical life extension. Features are discussions and information exchange about health, politics, medicines etc. Some of the scientific topics are quite advanced, but the general tone is quite informal. The concept behind this task is to convey a 'city' feeling to the community. We are looking for a clickable graphic of a cityscape (preferably in 'pixelart' but other styles are possible). The city should have a futuristic but very friendly feel. Different 'buildings' should correspond to specific and other page sections Buildings that the city will need among others: University, library, TV station, town hall, spa, hospital, shopping centre, meeting place, park with a crowd.... In all, the city should have about 12-16 'main' features and a bit of background (streets, skyline). If one clicks on a building, the click should lead to the respective section of the page. It would be great if the respective 'active' section could be highlighted, and mouseover should reveal a section description. Ideally, the page name and subtitle (advocacy & research for unlimited lifespans) could be incorporated, but this is not necessary. Size: approx 728 x 200 pixel. Designer should be available to be re-contacted for further paid work as the site develops.
