I have just completed a university dissertation and would like a cartoon style image to go on the front cover. The image can either be a high resolution scan of a paper drawing, or alternatively drawn in photoshop. The type of image I am looking for takes inspiration from the “emperor has no clothes”, whereby I want a picture of a fat naked emperor on a horse. The horse is to look very distressed under the weight of the emperor. What’s more, I want the horse to be shown trampling over smaller animals who look very distressed. The emperor is to be shown oblivious to the fate of the animals around him. It is important that the emperor is shown with a large crown, with the words “social work” clearly visible on it. As this is a one off non commercial piece, I don't have a large budget, so am looking for someone to do this for a reasonable price.
