Business Listing Directory

I need some one who can make a professional business listing website where business owner and representative can submit their business information and showcase their business banners .It is a paid directory where interested business partners have to pay a subscription fee for posting their business banners at my directory. It has two category category one: where business can only submit a brief description address and ph nr etc category two: In addition to category one information here they can also add a logo and direct link of their website For business submission user must create an account with a valid email . 1. Once he/she verify email then he can submit his/her listing. 2. Once a listing is submitted me as Administrator will be notified about submission . 3. After personally checking of business listing I can approve or disapprove listing. 4. Once the user notified about approval of listing he will have 48 hours for payment. 5. Once payment is done his listing will be automatically active and visible. 6. During this 48 hours user will get a few reminder message about payment. 7. If payment is not done within 48 hours he will be notified that due to non payment listing has been deactivated. For listing payment initially I need two facility credit card payment and paypal Home page main screen must be simple but professional looking .It has few filters for example country ,products/services and Exporters. Then exporters it self has two sub-categories . Category 1 and category 2. Note : Above mentioned detail is just an idea ,any advise or related suggestion would really be appreciated.
