Caps OVERVIEW The ISP system (here in referred as System) is a full-fledged online system that provides the user an easy to use interface to: i. Create an online account ii. Manage account iii. View/Change the current plans opted iv. View the status , data used, plans available v. Change opted plans vi. Make online Payment. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION The system consists of the following pages: i. Home Page ii. About us iii. Services iv. Customer portal v. Plan vi. Contact us HOMEPAGE The home page would consists of i. A tab on the top which will contain the links to other pages. ii. On a particular page, the link of the page would be highlighted from the other links iii. On the top right corner, there should be links for Login /Register Page. iv. The above will contain within 15% of the top bar with 100% width. v. Rest 50% with width will run an animation about the products and company’s offerings. vi. Rest 35% of page will be used to other Links. Working: The homepage requires the following logic to be build up i. When the user has not signed in, the word ‘Guest’ would appear. About us Page: i. This page should have information about company. ii. It should have information regarding company mission. iii. And the rest of the page should have images on the top and the point above this should come below this. Services page: i. This page should contain information regarding services we offer. ii. The page has a description about the following services we provide with suitable Images for this text content the left side of the page should offer a image and the right side should have the text regarding that. Service offered by us are: a) Home broadband. b) Leased lines. c) Hotspot. Customer Portal Page: i. This page should have a quick payment gateway. ii. A customer can manage his plans & pay bills by login in his account. iii. This Page should have a link regarding plans we offers Plans Page: i. This page has two enter buttons one for home packages and other for corporate packages . Rest the page should has images for ISP. ii. When a user click either of them he should be redirected to either home packages or corporate packages. iii. The plan listed there should be in a non-border table with the following columns. a) Plan name b) Speed c) Data limit d) Data validity e) Price Contact us Page: i. This page should contain a feedback form. ii. Google map with our office location. iii. Email iv. Contact number.
