Accessibility, Page Speed, and Cleanup

I need the home page ([login to view URL]) of [See attached docs for website] to pass Google Accessibility and Page Speed tests. See attached PDF titled: "[login to view URL]" My site was created using a template, by another coder, so one other thing I was wanting to do remove all script and file references that are not being used by the current design. If your bid does not answer the following question, then I'll know that you have not read the project description: In your opinion, what is negatively impacting my SEO the most - page speed issues? or accessibility issues? (there is not a right or wrong answer, I just want to know who has read the project description so that I can select a coder genuinely interested and not just spamming jobs with generic bids)
