Create an Animation

Hello Im making an app on the app store (it's a game) Ive been making my own graphics for the time being but it would be nice to have someone who knows what they're doing with the graphics. I have been using simple animation softwares like gimp. The project is consisting of simple animations nothing elaborate, I want someone to help me with the backgrounds/boarders, two characters, and a few objects. I also want the animated character to be able to walk and raise an arm. I have never been on this website but message me if you are interested.
