I'm currently in need of a hero engine and hero cloud developer the person will need to be able to adept to the style of hero engine very fast and will need to be able developer rapidly and will need a lot of work done overtime updates changes and adding and removing and patching i'm on a very small fixed budget and i'm only looking to spend no more then 1000 dollars the this project from start! to end!!! warring for all bidders and if you are winner on my project please understand the 1000 dollars is for start to end u will not get any more money its a fixed project, i need this project up and running for no more then 1000 us dollars. i'm currently needing a re design of dragon ball z but converted into a mmorpg 3d game will only support pc there is much that will need to be created nothing has been done yet, there will need to be terrain's maps and zones and sounds designed In game gui + gui's and monster's boss's dragons dungeons items character system character creation system loading screens will need redesigning and much much more the game will need to have a battle system for player vs player and like an arena platform there will need to be a rank system for title's earned from questing and from killing player's, there will need to be an in game shop for player's to buy items using Paypal+Skrill+Payza+SoildTrustPay while in game the can charge there credit card hosted within there account from the website like an in game browser built in game with a gui after the game development is done i'll also need a web site design for 150.00 us dollars or under textures can be developed using gimp it's an open source and free to use tool and can be converted and imported into hero engine within the cloud service by using he inport tool. the licensed software includes a copy of face gen and a lot of other tools. almost everything i will supply i already have a copy of the hero license, includes the cloud services. i already have a website host for user's and a domain name for the game. also the developer will need to find his or hers own copy of maya and max for art development.
