Own comparison website (insurance) that redirects to the big boys (confused, moneysupermarket, etc.)

There is no rush with my job - I would need it done by April / May. I need to build own comparison website - car insurance only. It would be a form to fill (I want to compose my own questions) and when clicking 'submit' it would take all the answers and paste into another comparison website form (i.e. [login to view URL]) / redirect to the results on that website. Button "submit" would be the last point at mine, and the user leaves my website for good. I do not need to store any data, my project is only a redirection website. Example: 1. User visits my website to find a good car insurance deal. 2. User clicks "Get new quote" that launches a window with form to fill in. 3. User answers following questions: a. Hi Bro! How stupid name your mom gave you? -John b. And the family name? -Smith c. Now you really need to focus and enter the letters from your plates: -ABC123 d. When did you get your funny driving card with that horrible photo (dd/mm)? -01/99 e. ... f. ... ... 4. User clicks "Submit" and the redirection proccess starts. 5. System puts all the answers from my website into appropiate places at another big comparison website quote form (ex. [login to view URL]) a. Surname: -Smith b. First Name: -John c. How long you held your driving licence? -15Y 11M d. Whats the reg number: -ABC123 e. ... f. ... ... and automatically clicks "submit" there as well, redirecting user to the [login to view URL] (streight to the results). 6. User never comes back to my website - he is a [login to view URL] client only- just used a different questionaire to get his results displayed. I do not track any data and my website works like an advertising banner. Some of the large comparison websites like quotezone already offer customised comparison engine with any company own logo and prefered questions order, even with additional questions for my business purposes, to put on my website. However, it does not meet fully my needs and I need to design own independent form. We assume there is no CAPTCHA on their forms and they are actually happy with me redirecting to them. LEVEL 2: My comparison website does not rely on a one particular comparison engine, but 4-5 of them, say: confused, moneysupermarket, gocompare, quotezone, but redirects to one of them only - i.e. where the best price was, or other arguments I may have. This is not essential part for now and it seems to be a bit more complicated as it would need to read and analyse final data. TASK 2 - Please give me price separately to the task above. Assuming that only few arguments change the price: Age, LicenceTime, Postcode, CarReg, Occupation, (while personal details and other 50 questions do not make any significant diffference) I want to implement my quick search engine to use only on my website. It would look like: "Welcome to the best car insurance website. Our prices are absolutely awsome, you can check your premium cost in a second, without filling long questionares." - and then just 5 textboxes: Car registration: ___ Postcode: ___ Ocupation: <select> Age: <select> How long you held your licence: <select>. Then "SUBMIT/CHECK PRICE" - would automatically fill a form at the proper comparison engine (i.e. [login to view URL]) using random name (say John Smith, first address compatible with the postcode, confirming being reg keeper, owner, etc.) and other shit required to get prices. It would read the data, and immediately display cheapest quote at my website ("Great - your insurance premium would cost about $123.45)- only price without any details, asking the user to fill the proper form if he intends to continue with buying / getting fully personalised prices.
