migrate and fix a Website

4 Tasks MUST BE COMPLETED! 1. IMPORTANT The wordpress website [login to view URL] which is almost finished once completed to migrate the whole wordpress to [login to view URL] (which is currently a HTML website) do not want to lose the SEO which is already been applied or update the SEO. and maybe update with new keywords for SEO 2. IMPORTANT the [login to view URL] needs a whole new look template wordpress which i currently bought. and needs to be applied without losing the articles and posts and SEO. please also apply good tips to SEO as well. 3. i would love to have a feature where when the client opens a new tab or window and the music automatically stops playing. just because it gets bit annoying to hear the music while browsing other website site while the website is still open and maybe put a mute button on the video background. 4. the contact form gets too many junk mails and email spam and wanted to apply something that will not get these spam . i heard cathcpa is good to use. nothing to long for clients to type. budget is about $25 but if you finish early a bonus of $10 is applied. I will not create a milestone i have learnt for many developers when i created a release money they took longer and never completed the job. so please do not bid if you cannot do this job.
