Logo design, 5/6/2013

SCOPE: This is a design project. My client needs a real estate design. Please provide examples/ portfolio of past designs. Without it, you will not be considered. Services should include 4-6 mockups of logo design to choose from, with unlimited revision. Product deliverables will be high-resolution design in the following format: • Ai = Vector • Jpg = Raster • Eps = Vector • Psd = Layered • Gif = Transparent Background • Png = Transparent Background • Tiff = Raster • Pdf = Vector+ Raster • [login to view URL] Please submit bid, price, and timeframe. DESIGN CONCEPT: The design should be clean HOSTING: n/a. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Payment will be milestone and released after final approval. COMMUNICATION: TBD (To be determined). We can co-ordinate best available times after selection. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full ownership of the design will transfer to me. TO BID: Please submit bid with example of past work in related work/experience. If you have a portfolio, I will review them. Your bid will not be considered without any supporting work.
