Dynamic Flash Intro for website frontpage - uses most-viewed Video thumbnails

You need PHP and Flash skills for this The project is of two parts: 1. Front page Flash: I want someone to quickly add a flash intro to a website. The flash intro looks like what you have at [login to view URL] website <[login to view URL]> Basically, the flash intro shows thumbnails of videos viewed at the site. The video with the most view is displayed with the largest thumbnail...the next most viewed gets smaller thumbnail, etc. Take a look at <[login to view URL]> to see how it works. 2. Fetch Video interface: a. Approved Users can upload videos into our YouTube channel. b. Admin can upload videos into our Vimeo channel. Therefore the Flash intro has to fetch the videos and calculate the most viewed for generating the thumbnail size. For 2a. The system automatically logs into the youtube account when the Approved user wants to upload video into our youTube account/channel. For 2b. The system fetches the uploaded video using the URL from Vimeo. ## Deliverables The site is already developed in PHP. Coder has to develop the Flash Video application and integrate that into the PHP website.
