192732 drupal theme

I need someone to create a drupal theme for the website visaapplication.biz. I want the site to appear as is when the theme is installed, I do not want to have to update anything. Each card offer must have it own cms settings so I just need to cup and paste a new link whenever this site needs updating. I would also like the site to be updated with fresh new colors and flash headings. I need to be able to update all the links by simply cutting and pasting new links and publishing. I also want to be able to change the colors on the fly without any programing.
