Anime style character artwork for landing page

Hi, I'm looking for an artist to create an anime style illustration for a landing page. The website will be about a mobile game to be released soon. I have the art assets for the game and art style already created. I just don't have the time to create the artwork for the landing page. The character designs are done and colors are finalized. But there is lee way in the anime style to match the references and angle. The illustration final dimensions would be 1200x600 (but bigger is better) just line art is fine if you think you can do a good job and think the amount is too low (pm me) my budget is 2-3hrs.
