Print Ready DVD Cover Design (Jerusalem and the Lost Temple of the Jews)

I need a DVD cover designed to a specific DVD template utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator. Photoshop for the the graphics and then Illustrator for any fonts and of course the print ready layout. I would like a complete design concept based on the title "Jeresalem and the Lost Temple of the Jews" This is for a documentary that seeks to prove through historical evidence that the current believed location of the Jewish Temple is not correct in the slightest. Through both empirical, historical, and geological evidence these historians have uncovered the actual location, which would be monumental to lasting peace in the region. Think for a moment the implications as currently the Jewish people believe the wailing wall to be the western part of their old temple and that the actual temple should be where the current Islamic Dome of the Rock is. You will be provided the DVD cover dimensions for Illustrator, and a previous cover design we used for another one of our projects. We need an artist as well as someone proficient in typography, layout, and graphic design. Would be awesome to work with an Israeli as they might bring an emotional and possibly spiritual element to the design. We would expect some rounds of feedback and re-design which is why we suggest starting with Concept, line art, before moving to fleshed out design. We also suggest researching DVD artwork covers and how they Use Typography in the design.
