QUESTION 2: if i'm not correctly instrumented to do this, what's the easiest way for me to instrument this so that i can answer question 1? Deliverable: Spend an hour with me on a [login to view URL] screenshare and skype chat (instant message) to show me how to answer the questions 1 & 2 mentioned above.
