I am interested in "artist industrial loft apartments" (or artist studios) in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Big/spacious, open space layout, lots of light, - sometimes located in old building/refurbished warehouse or artist studios. Here is a Google images search link to examples of the types of big/spacious 'industrial loft apartments'...open spaces that I am interested in finding in Sao Paulo: [login to view URL] The purpose of this research project is to identify specific properties and/or locations, areas or buildings that have such spaces for sale (NOT RENT). I am looking to buy, and as such would like you to research and create a list for me of properties/spaces (for sale). Please use the attached spreadsheet to compile the list. And please let's shoot for a goal of 50 listings, if possible. If you believe that is not possible (that such properties are "hard to find" in Sao Paulo), then please tell me before we start the project. I understand Portuguese, so please feel free to write in PT or pull listings and links from PT-language sites, etc. Thank you for your time and consideration. eric

Hi, my name is Carey and I am from Toronto, Canada but living in Sao Paulo Brasil. I get what you are looking for especially being from Toronto (which is full of loft living) I´m actually looking for one at the moment myself so I can share with you the listings I have researched already. Most of these listings are bare spaces that have zoning for residential. I also have listings for lofts that have already been built but are on a smaller scale from the images you have shown in your ad. Here in Sao Paulo this is the new fad so there is tons of room for development, my suggestion would to get a raw space and reform it...would be much cheaper if you are wanting something more on the scale of 1000m...in short, if you would like to hire me, let me know so we can get started. Hello! My name is Clara and I'm a born and raised "paulistana", so I would have an unique view not only on the apartments themselves (I moved recently to a 1930's building with beautiful big windows and a very iconic view), but also on the adequate locations and most commonly used apps/websites. I'm sure those industrial style one's will not be easy to find, there's sadly a tendency of dividing up the space to make room for more people/children. I believe there will be a good selection, but due to the criteria I'm not sure it will be as extense as you'd like. But who knows? São Paulo often surprises me I ask for 7 days because the ads are updated daily, and every day would be a new chance to find the right options
