Flash image adjustment module needed

Hi, We are developing a Flash site and need a module to do this: 1. Allow user to upload image when they created a profile. 2. php script will force image to be auto rename new image as [login to view URL] in 24hr time format e.g. [login to view URL] so that there will not be duplicate and save this image in a folder on server. 3. this image will automatically go through an image processor either in flash or 3rd party, you have to source, to push contrast by 10%, brightness contrast by 10% and blur by 5%, so that image will look different from original image. 4. the php script will then parse a value / parameter so that we can take that and embed as the user's profile image in the flash. 5. if you any ideas, how to post process the image, let us know. Does photoshop droplets work on server etc? What 3rd party post processing software is required? script preferbly in php mysql xml.
