Graphic elements for web application + homepage

Create the graphic look and feel for our flash based web application and the home page of the website that will support that application (including a logo). The application is extremely simple, consisting of essentially a single interactive graph, plus a couple of small forms (login, search etc.). Business profile We are a web based start-up providing a free, web application aimed at new parents (25-35). We want to create a fresh, clean, trendy image. Scope Design of graphical elements Delivery of design source files (Illustrator, PSD etc.) Mark-up of HTML template (optional, please advise if your quote includes mark-up). We already have a concept and UI design from a functionality perspective. We need only the visual treatment for the application and supporting site. The site itself will initially be a couple of pages. It essentially provides a jumping off point to the application. We would like to encourage a minimalists approach to the design, with a web 2.0 feel. Standards Mark-up, if included must be to CSS and XHTML standards Project constraints For the web application, vector art preferred as it must be animated and light weight for performance and download optimisation. Ownership We will acquire all IP rights of the work
