Looking for amazing illustrations for big browser-games

OUR COMPANY ------------ Our company is a fast growing company operating in Europe. We are managing web-based and complex browser-games. We already gather huge communities and we mostly use php/sql, Ajax and Flash technology MISSION ------- We are looking for someone or a team who will be able to create illustrations (vector) which will be used on our flash technology. These illustrations should have a really very good style because they will entrely be part of the sucess of our new projects. The selected people will have an important contract and it will be a very long partnership(and possibly inifinite) because we will always need new stuffs, new drawings for our gamers! FIRST MISSION : LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON --------------------------------------------- To select the right person we will need examples to build the right style thanks to our recommandations. For this pahse we want : -Illustration of a cat (persan breed) and / or a horse (arabian breed) with two or three very contrasted but realistic colour. -Illustation of a caracter which will alaways be in the same position to get new clothes like a dresser web game (the avatar will have strictly the same style with the animal.) Important : illustration will be turned, reduced, made bigger thanks to our flash technology => we also need Illustrator files in our project. So the colour could be manga style. but to show us quickly jpeg could be ok. STYLE ----- We are looking for Illustrator files. Colour will be very contrasted and beautifully balanced. The style will be both realistic and with a cartoon style for the eye (big eyes beautifully designed could be a very idea because it's worldwide common). The style could look like dysney style but modern. Manga style could be accepted but it has to be absolutely not aggressive. Our target are young girls from 10 to 25 who relaly like beautiful things and "VERY CUTE" things Animation : we will have to animate the eyes, tails but it will be very simple. Users will be able to change the size of different things (eyes), the body. I have added examples of what could be interesting, have a look at it. THE CONTRACT ------------ Once we have selected the right person / the right team we will have to do : ->30 cat breed (adult / and young cat) with different colours (more than 100 illsutrations) ->30 horse breed (adult / young cat) with different colours (more than 100 illustrations) ->15 different hamsters breed (young and adults hamster) with different colours (more than 30 illsutations). ->Avatar : More than 100 different drawings for face expressions, skin clour, hairstyle. ->Possibly thousands of clothes, accessories...to draw in the same style.
