Flash Animation Based On A Client PowerPoint

Quick-turn around project involving simple/elegant flash animations. It is timed to a corresponding voice-over (we have the assets such as VO and vector/png art work ready to go). The work will involve taking the temporary voice over and building up animation in time, using vector/png images. When the final VO comes in on Wednesday tweaking of animation timing will be required. Simple and easy *but* it needs somebody who is *diligent* and obsessive about professionalism. Ideally this person will help us generate a storyboard (off the client PPT) that helps us track any missing assets/etc. The total running length of animation is approx 3 minutes per section. I have 3 sections total. Graphic designers with a good sense of layout/animation would be ideal.
