Flash Animator to finish up top notch animation (with files)

Hi everyone and thanks for bidding, I been working with a pro animator for many months in this project, sadly for personal reasons he can't finish up the project. I have the Flash MX files with the 2 scenes that need to be improved/redone . The main problem is that last two scenes are not as well done as the rest of the movie, so for anyone interested in working in the project make sure you see the first scenes in order to tell if you are really able to deliver up to the standards of the first scenes. So what need to be done: 1) part when mushroom and cactus sprout out need to be improved, maybe adding more sacred plants and making the background more complex. 2) After the guy eats the mushroom the while transformation has to be done as it is now horrible, clothes need to dissolve and expression need to change. background now there docent work, new more interactive background need to be done. all this need to be done according to voice over. maybe some animation changes will be needed on end and credits. (we really need to discus this last part and see what can be done, we may need to do from scratch) 3) I have two versions of voice over that need to be combined into one (very easy) and 4 separated scenes + new scene that are already done need to be put together with new file and properly snicked with voice. Then i will need you to export the final thing for me to give to my music artist so he can do his things. once final work is done i want you to take the final sound file and and give me back final cut in several different formats and qualities. Budget for this project is 100$ is the best I can do at this moment . I will fully credit new animator at the end of video, the video is going to be highly promoted and get a lot of exposure.
