Facebook Europe LIkes and Comments

I am looking for real facebook users to "like" and "comment" 1,000 users. The users must be real accounts all from different computers. I will NOT pay for someone who has 1000 fake accounts. The traffic must be from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Germany, or anywhere Europe. Please understand NO milestone will be paid till I get at least 3 comments as a sample. Upon verification the comments are genuine I will award the project. Upon $50 dollars for 1000 comments from 1000 unique real users from Europe. I pay $12.50 per 125 comments as a milestone. Milestone only paid and released upon 125 comments. I only award project with NO MILESTONE to those who can show at least 3 comments. I DO NOT pay milestone unless you complete work.
