Google Sheets Automation Help

We are trying to import some data into Google Sheets and currently use the =IMPORTDATA(URL) feature to do so the problem is that as the source data changes the results may shift up or down in the list and this breaks all our custom formulas because the cell positions have changed so we must go in daily and constantly remap all our cells. Our source data is a simple URL that has this sample HTML source code: 1. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $120.00: 153<br /> 2. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $190.00: 3<br /> 3. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $200.00: 800<br /> 4. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) WIO (Med-Sub): 60<br /> Note: Every line item is numbered such as 1. then 2. then 3. and that number will always only be associated with that specific product. So 5. will always be associated with 66Hr Semi-Location Month Pass: 512<br /> no matter what. However, if let's say 5. goes from 512 to 0 that line will be removed from the page so now it would look like this... 1. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $120.00: 153<br /> 2. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $190.00: 3<br /> 3. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $200.00: 800<br /> 4. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) $225.00: 189<br /> 6. Test Item User/Cass Smith (Ultra-Location) WIO (Med-Sub): 60<br /> Notice how 5. is missing but it didn't change 6. as the number is forever associated with the same product. The difference is that zero values are removed from the results which moved 6. into the cell where 5. used to be, so we need to account for data as it goes up or down on the list. Now if in the future the value for 5. goes from 0 to 1 then suddenly it would reappear again and would retain the 5. label at the start. What we need is to import the data into Google Sheets, but if (for example) 5. goes missing suddenly, it doesn't move 6. to the cell where 5. used to be, but instead leaves 5. there as blank since there are no entries. This way our formulates to take say A6*30 don't need to be constantly updated as the value for A6 may shift to A5 or A4 or A8 as other entries are added or removed from the source data. I also need the data split out into 3 columns: name, price, qty. Notice for some items there is no price listed so the 2nd column would be empty but the qty still goes into column 3. Example of how it should appear in the sheet. Because I think Freelancer doesn't show the tabs Im using <> as a visual indicator of where the columns should be split 1. Hopefully, this makes sense what were trying to do. Scrape incoming basic HTML and insert it into a Google Sheet ensuring cell mapping is consistent.
