Develop a Gantt chart and Google spreadsheet for construction project management

I would like a google spreadsheet to be completed for project management purposes. In this, it would be very important if the following details can be added onto the current pdf on the gantt chart - % completion (in a different colour from the task bar) - delay in days (in red colour, extension from current task bar) - steps in the project (for example, phase 1 consists of site possession, issuing of drawings - these are all linked) - delay in days affecting further steps (for example if phase 1 starts jan 1 2018 and ends jan 2 2018, but is delayed for 7 days, I would like this to affect the overall timetable of subsequent events, or have the option to push back subsequent events) - clear indication of cells that can be edited and those that should not be edited - any other recommendations you have to make this a successful project management sheet
