Dears, I have excel contain all the data with good import format and I want to convert it to MPP format Microsoft Project. 1-The Project Management Process Groups will represent the major tasks of the project (note that each process has its own sub-tasks). 2-The overall project duration is 60 working-days (starts on the 7th of September 2020, and closed on the 27th of November 2020). Tasks: a- Initiating: 10 days b- Planning: 8 days c- Executing: 41 days d- Monitoring and controlling: 56 days e- Closing: 5 days 3- There are 12 “Team review meetings” every Thursday through the project’s timeline. Predecessors: o Task-no (4, 5, and 6) start depending on finishing Task-no (3). o Task-no (7) starts depending on finishing Task-no (6). o Task-no (8) starts depending on finishing Task-no (3), and finishes with finishing Task-no (7). o Task-no (9) starts depending on finishing Task-no (7 and 8). o Task-no (11) starts depending on finishing Task-no (6), and starting Task-no (13). o Task-no (12) starts depending on finishing Task-no (11). o Task-no (13) starts depending on starting Task-no (6). o Task-no (14) starts depending on finishing Task-no (13). o Task-no (16) starts after 2 days of finishing Task-no (13). o Task-no (17) starts depending on finishing Task-no (19). o Task-no (18) starts depending on finishing Task-no (19). o Task-no (19) starts depending on finishing Task-no (16). o Task-no (20) starts depending on finishing Task-no (17). o Task-no (21) starts depending on finishing Task-no (18). o Task-no (23) starts depending on finishing Task-no (3). o Task-no (24) starts depending on finishing Task-no (4). o Task-no (41) starts depending on finishing Task-no (19, 20, and 21). o Task-no (42) starts depending on finishing Task-no (19, 20, and 21). o Task-no (43) starts depending on finishing Task-no (41 and 42). Resources: Define nine resources (R1, R2, ………, and R9) which represent the team members of this project. Each one of the recourses is assigned for some of the project’s tasks.
