Dear Sir, Why not you make it as contest, with seal and guaranteed for $100. Many freelancer will take the chance and complete it. I have lot experience in CAD but new to this site so no reviews. When freelancer chooses I mostly ruled out, bu I am fully confident to design in this subject on CAD.
