I'm seeking a skilled designer and developer proficient in AutoCAD/ANSYS technology, with an understanding of thermodynamics, to create an optimized heat sink for my electric vehicle's motor inverter. The ideal mission is twofold: 1. **Thermal Management**: The newly developed design should effectively decrease the risk of thermal overloading, preventing damage and maintaining the hardware longevity. 2. **Increased Efficiency**: By managing thermal output, the design should inherently lead to increased efficiency and enhanced performance. As for the material selection, I have no specific preference. I welcome the expertise of the selected professional to guide the appropriate choice, weighing up benefits and disadvantages of materials like aluminum, copper or ceramic. Importantly, I'm in a bit of a time crunch and need to have this project completed ASAP. The ideal candidate will have experience managing time-sensitive projects while delivering high-quality results.

Hello, Better copper but it is also expensive than aluminium. Aluminium cheaper and has good price. Depends of type of cooling heatsink forced by fan or by natural convection design will be different. I can make design, find optimum shape for ribs, distance between ribs all this according thermal simulation. Please take a look my portfolio related to CFD Thermal simulation.

If you have the initial 3D drawing this can be one in an hour. I don't do CFD... but FEM/FEA is enough to pick closely approximating geometry that is capable of dissipating the amount of heat energy you desire to remove.
