Microsoft Word Guru required

I have 6 pages scanned document in Portuguese language. i need some one to create for me exact document in word file. (.doc) Exactly like the scanned document. even fonts and editing.. so if i print it it later it will be exactly like the scanned copy. most the pages are almost empty. you don't need to know Portuguese to do this, Portuguese language letters same as English with some small differences. an easy job. a sample of the document attached. if you can do it exactly the same.. please bid.
