Hello, My name is Riccardo , and I run a Shopify online store. We're looking for someone skilled at contacting by phone customers who have left items in their cart without completing the purchase (USA NATIVE ONLY). I've noticed your sales and customer service skills on Upwork and think you might be the right fit for this task. Job Details: Make, on average, between 15 and 25 calls per day to customers with abandoned shopping carts, the number will soon grow. Objective: Convince the customer to complete the purchase, if necessary get them to tell you the missing information and create the order Flexible working hours and duration, the time can vary as you choose, the important thing is that all abandoned carts have been called in by 7 p.m. Compensation:The fee for your work can be structured in one of the following ways, depending on your preferences: - An hourly rate for hours worked. - A 15% commission on the value of the recovered carts. On average, carts are valued between $40 and $130, sometimes there may be large orders with a much higher order value. This payment structure is designed to reward the direct impact of your work on our business. We are open to discussing and adapting these terms according to your needs and preferences. Additionally, all our orders are processed through Shopify. If you're not familiar with this platform, don't worry—we'll provide you with easy and intuitive training on how to use it.
