564216 Wordpress Site for Web/eCommerce Consultant

Looking for someone to build my company's website in Wordpress using a flexible theme. Currently, I use Weaver II on my client's sites and I like the flexibility in customization. I would be willing to move to something like Pagelines or Thesis as well. I need a designer to make things "look good" while keeping basic user experience 101 components in place. Most of my client's sites are corporate/business sites. My company site will be the "flagship" to show how things should be done. It will have pages for services (SEM, SEO, eCommerce, Consulting and Local Marketing), About Us, Pricing, Articles and a simple Blog. As you can see, web design is not one of my main services. Inevitably, I still get 2-3 clients a month who need a site built. If this goes well, I will use the services for future client sites as well. I want it built using a "builder" theme so that I can easily make minor changes to the sites. Once again, the main reason for me outsourcing is the design aspect. I contemplated a smaller budget, but this first one needs to be high quality. I would still prefer it to be towards the lower end of this price range. It will be what sells the future services. I like sites clean and simple, without distraction from the calls to action. Currently, I am using the Swagger theme on the site. I am basically pleased with it. I love the built in mobile designs. However, it is too "clean." I wanted to add some color and some other tweaks. It is just getting too difficult to work with for these simple changes. I also use Slider Pro and Fast Secure Contact Form on most of my client's sites. For these components, I would like to continue to use these unless there is something superior built into one of the builder themes.
