I have a delphi 5 project that uses a script to send/delete files via ftp. I need to verify the contents are being written and or deleted on the target machine. Essentially at the time I run the ftp script I need to count the files in the directory and or check if the file(s) exists and if it does not it should retry once then display a messagebox .

Hi there , I'm delphi coder actually I used to do similar stuffs just like the one you have mentioned I mean dealing with protocols , client and servers and so forth using either Blocking or non-blocking components that makes us achie something like that , anyway just provide me with more information and I'll do my best ^^ Best Regards
