I need help setting up Java Eclipse to use MS Access Database

I'm in Dallas, Texas. I teach Java programming. I have not used databases with Java. I am a competent programmer and know SQL. I want to add a very basic SQL database project to my class. I need someone to teach me how to setup a Java project that can access an MS Access database. The students are running Eclipse on Windows v10 or 11 computers. I am using a Windows 11 computer. We can discuss the easiest way to accomplish this goal. I need to do this quickly as I am completing the course syllabus over the next day or so. The deliverable would be a basic working project on my computer that can manipulate an MS Access database installed on the same computer as Eclipse. The project only needs run within the Eclipse IDE and will not be packaged to run outside of the Eclipse IDE. I am happy to look at using a different database if it's easier, but it must be able to run self-contained on a student's computer WITHOUT any server support.
