Need an interface build for a business to process customer profile, make bills and is updated to server.

I have a beauty salon that requires an automated data processing system, it needs to have 3-4 interfaces, 1 would be for the receptionist: the treatment options and products can be selected and a bill is made as well as a token, there should be an option to add additional services after the bill is formed. For the specific treatment, a specific feedback form should be printed (automatically) or send to the client via text or on a phone. another UX need to be made which automatically sends the client a form on their phone (automatically/ QR code) which they have to fill. The second interface is for the owner: where all processing and complete bill are shown actively/ live from any remote place. and an excel worksheet made which calculated the balnce, shows options for expnse, and actively updates the inventory of products used during treatments. The 3 interface is for inventory where a bar code scanner is attached and products and items are indexed. this list is should have a parallel list that predicts the need to restock the product (e.g if 2 procedures use a complete tube, and we have 5 tubes, then I need to know beforehand when the tube would finish the restocking. The last interface is solely to develop and integrate discount cards and QR codes in interesting/creative ways such that the clients can experience digital involvement aswell as smooth tranction/process.
