Current (2012 - 2013) UK B2B data with email

I require a data set of UK B2B data including the following data headers: Company name, Website URL, Email, Address, Postal Code. No duplicates, no more than 2 emails per company domain name and then on only 5% of the data, no scraped data, all must be valid publicly obtainable data from Web or other public source. No admin, web, webmaster, info, sales, dns etc type email! I require 1 million lines of data to the above specifications. Payment will be 50% on a sample set of 250 000 to check, balance to be paid once the data has been checked for compliance to the requirements has been completed, this will take no longer than 4 hours to validate the data.
