Write some Software

Hi I would like someone to create me a simple basic program. Its really basic. I would like to view a simple box to say ENTER POSTCODE, when I enter the postcode it needs to check the address on the internet to show all available addresses for that postcode, there are many free services to do this. I would like to see a list of all addresses in the program. I would like to click on the address I want via a drop down menu, once I select it, I would like a box to appear below showing the address I selected. then I would like to have a drop down below this showing January to December. I would then like the month I select to be placed into a box below, then a next button appears and when I press it, I want a prompt to say, Your about to add "address" too "month" are you sure, then I choose yes or no, if I chose no I go back to the select section again, if I select Yes then the address is added to the month I selected. I want it to check before adding to see if the address already exists in my system, if the address has already been added I want a prompt box to pop up and say, warning.. the address "address" has already been booked in for "month". Would you lick to continue booking the address in again for "month". If I chose NO then the entry is cancelled if I choose yes then the address is added a second time to the chosen month. If I try to add the address for the third time, it should say, warning the "address" is currently booked in for "month" and "month" do you want to continue ect... I should be able to see a menu at the top called printing and edit. If I choose edit, I should be able to search for the postcode to see all addresses for that postcode I have on my system, I should be able to edit the month or click delete address. When I click print I would like to be able to print, so I would choose print, then see a drop down, print list or print notifications, if I print list, if should ask for the month then print the month out in a neat format. If I choose notifications it should ask for the month then print out to match basic printer stickers.
