Hi! I am interested for the Job. I've been working as a call center agent for 6 years now. I handled multiple accounts such as CSR, Sales, Back Office and Email Marketing. I am an expert of 3 years on setting an appointments and closing a sale for B2B accounts. I used to work for the whole selling process of Solar Panels, from calling prospect and make them change their mind as to why they need solar panels and to have them sign a contract for closing, and then Online Reputation Management. What we do is call small businesses, look for the decision maker and offer a system which will increase the success of their business online because of intercepting negative feedback in their online pages. I am a Customer Service for 2 years who worked with Amazon, Walmart, BestChoiceProducts. I also do back office stuff and Email Marketing.
