Responsibilities Respond to tourist inquiries in a timely manner Maintain a good knowledge of places/events of interest to the traveling public, as well as transportation routes/options Have good working equipment, ideally a smartphone, to enable timely responses Experience -Great local knowledge of your town/city/area -At home in a digital work environment -Excellent written skills -High level of demonstrated professionalism and customer service -Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work -Experience working with people from other cultures a plus -Pre-existing knowledge of your town/city/area history and familiarity with your town/city/area landmarks preferred. -Tour Guide Licence NOT required
